Authorization to Record Image/Voice (Adult)

Designation of the audiovisual project

Content and communication related to the MoodleMoot FR 2022 symposium from 6 to 8 July 2022.

Methods of exploitation envisaged

• Online (internet) for a period of 10 years;
• Collective projection (all institutional uses with educational, training or research purposes, for all external communication uses of the institution) for a period of 10 years.

Authorization

Having regard to the Civil Code, in particular Article 9 thereof,

Having regard to the Intellectual Property Code,

Registration for the MoodleMoot Fr 2022 conference shall mean agreement for the fixation on audiovisual media and the publication of your image and/or voice within the framework of the project referred to in paragraph 1 and for the modes of exploitation referred to in paragraph 2. The recording of your image/voice will be done under the authority of the University of Caen Normandy, Esplanade de la Paix, 14000 CAEN. The recording will take place on the dates/times and places indicated below:

• Tuesday, July 5, from 6 to 9 pm at the pre-reception place (Le Dôme),
• 6, 7 and 8 July from 8.30 am to 6 pm at the Campus 1 of the University of Caen Normandy
• 7 July in the evening, from 7pm to midnight on the venue of the Gala.

The producer of the audiovisual work created or the beneficiary of the recording shall exercise all the exploitation rights attached to that work/recording. The work/recording will remain its exclusive property. The producer/beneficiary of the authorisation expressly forbids the assignment of these authorisations to a third party.
